Customers get loyalty points for purchasing at your store or performing certain actions (e.g. sign up an account, reviews, etc). Manage Reward Points Balances

With Magestore Magento 2 Reward Points, customers can track their current point balance. All points are displayed under My Account > My Reward which is shown right on the top link, below their account name.

In Magento backend of this Magento 2 Reward Points module, admin can add or deduct points from customer’s balance manually. Just navigate to the “Reward Points” tab on a customer info page, specify the amount you want to add or deduct and give the reason for that change.

Similar to customers, Magento 2 Customer Rewards module lets the admin create orders for them in Magento 2 backend using points. There are various ways to spending points from customer’s balance: pulling slider, entering numbers in a blank box, or ticking the box “Maximize discounts with points”.

Refund by Points

Fact: Refund by Points is a customer-oriented feature that many people fall in love with. Both the customer & store owner are beneficial. By this function of Magestore Reward Points (Magento 2 Reward Points), customers can spend the refund points on the next purchase.

For the retailer, instead of making a refund by cash, the admin can change the point balance in the customer’s Magento 2 account. This helps save your money and supports your store management effort. Earning Points Configuration

  • Set up the condition for Customers to get reward points each time they purchase
  • Set many earning rates with different priority levels
  • Set the validation period for earning points
  • Choose to hold back points from Customers for some days

Spending Points Configuration

  • Allow Customers to choose how many points they want to spend on the Shopping cart and Checkout pages
  • Set the rates at which Customers can redeem their earning points in the backend
  • Configure the minimum number of points to be redeemed or the maximum points that can be allowed to use for an order

Reward Points Balance Management

  • Allow Customers to track their current point balance in My Account > My rewards
